L-Ergothioneine are efect asupra substan\u021belor instabile, care atac\u0103 permanent \u0219i v\u0103t\u0103meaz\u0103 membranele celulelor, cunoscute ca radicali liberi.<\/p>\n<p>Ciupercile contin o cantitate mare de apa (90%) si foarte putini carbohidrati si grasimi. Sunt alimentele recomandate si utilizate in numeroase diete de slabire.<br \/>\nDe asemenea, au cantitati mici de sodiu si pana la 10% fibre.<\/p>\n<p>Ciupercile sunt bogate in potasiu (acesta are rolul de a reduce retinerea fluidelor din organism).<br \/>\nO ciuperca medie cu palarie mare contine mai mult potasiu decat o banana sau un pahar de suc de portocale.<\/p>\n<p>Pe langa potasiu, ciupercile champingnon sunt bogate in fosfor, cam 1,5%. Fosforul este necesar formarii dintilor si a oaselor.
